To ensure the finest quality of our Investment Castings, we have well developed state-of-the-art facilities for quality control viz. Chemical Laboratory, Physical Testing Laboratory, Wax Testing and Shell Testing facilities. All these facilities are managed by a team of experienced and skilled personnel. A brief of these facilities is as follows:

Chemical Laboratory: For chemical analysis of metal composition.
Physical Testing Laboratory: Duly calibrated Universal Tensile Testing Machine and Brinnell & Rockwell hardness testing machine.
Wax Testing facilities: For process control of pattern waxes and checking of wax properties.
Shell Testing facilities: To check quality of in coming ceramic and refractory materials. Also for process control and development of shelling systems including Modules of Rupture testing.
Non-Destructive Testing: In-house facilities for Liquid Penetration Inspection. We use well qualified and approved ancillary facilities for Radiography and other testing.

Wax Pattern Shop	Fully air-conditioned Wax Pattern Shop, new technology Semi-Automatic Wax Injection Presses.
Shell Room	Fully air-conditioned and humidity controlled Shell Room with necessary equipments to build strong shells.
Melting Shop	Shell backing furnace to heat shells before the purification process 150 Kg capacity, high frequency Induction Melting Furnace
Fettling Shop	Range of Grinders starting from Pencil Hand Grinders to Heavy Swing Frame Grinders Facilities for Ceramic Blasting & Shot Blasting, Abrasive Cutting, TIG Welding, Straightening with Hydraulic Presses, etc.
Heat Treatment	Electrical Furnaces for different heat-treatment operations like stress relieving, case hardening, normalizing, annealing, water quenching, tempering, etc. Arrangements for temperature control and recording
Tool Room	We have in-house tool making facilities and well developed vendors for making precision dies and tooling on 5 axis CNC machines.
Machining	We have dedicated well developed sub-contractors for precision machining including broaching, honing, profile grinding. Lapping, CNC turning and CNC Vertical Milling.
Surface Treatment	Well developed sub-contractors for Electro polishing, Electroplating, Chrome Plating, Special heat-treatment, Induction Hardening, Phosphating etc.
